Tramp Press has been longlisted for the Republic of Consciousness Prize for Mike McCormack’s Solar Bones! The prize was recently established by author Neil Griffiths, and seeks to find the ‘best novel published by a small press’. Griffiths says: ‘We weren’t just looking for great novels but ‘hardcore literary fiction and gorgeous prose’.
We’re thrilled that Solar Bones has been selected among many fine books on the longlist. Congratulations to Mike McCormack, and to everyone nominated, especially our pals at New Island, who are up for Beautiful Pictures of a Lost Homeland by Mia Gallagher.
The shortlist for the prize will be revealed on 12th January and the winner will be announced on 9th March 2017.
